Inspired and informed by the online community and live tours of the
ADHD As Females Podcast.

ADHDAF+ connects and empowers ADHD adults of marginalised genders in Scotland, England and Wales at any stage in their ADHD discovery or diagnosis.

Our charity is founded, built, led and run by late discovered ADHD Women.

We launched our first free in-person ADHD adult Peer Support Group in March 2025, and in just one year we have facilitated 80 groups nationwide.
