ADHDAF+ connects and empowers ADHD adults of marginalised genders in Scotland, England and Wales at any stage in their ADHD discovery or diagnosis.

Our charity is founded, built, led and run by late discovered ADHD Women.

We launched the pilot of our first
Live Event Series: ADHD Easy Target in collaboration with The National Trust and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund in September ‘26. The tour continues in Spring ‘27.

ADHDAF+ has been shortlisted for Charity of The Year in European Diversity Awards 2026.
